Refunds

‘Virtual’ Registrations until the 31st July 2026 are eligible for full refunds (less Merchant System Fees). After 31st July 2026 there are no refunds with you being able to have access to HD recordings after the meeting.

Our refund and returns policy lasts until the 31st July 2026. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. After 31st July 2026.

Merchant System Fees?

When a registration payment is made on this website our ‘Merchant System’ – PayPal/Stripe/Square et al, deducts a Fee. This Merchant System Fee is NOT refundable and will be deducted from amount refunded.
